What a year we have had here at Zone6 Concept.
Zone6 Concept athletes have been seen at a number of events this year, from local Olympic triathlons to Ironman Weymouth (that was raced in appalling weather conditions) as well as short course duathlons, to World Championship qualifiers to a handful of coached athletes taking part at the ITU triathlon and duathlon champs in Fyn. While other Zone6 athletes sported GB vests in Madrid at the ETU champs. Zone6 Concept will also be represented in Ibiza for the ETU middle distance champs later this month.
Work will soon begin on getting a number of the squad ready for the 2019 season with Kona being the goal.
If you are interested in joining the squad and being coached by a former Pro Ironman athlete with 25 years of experience, guiding hundreds of Pros and Beginners to reach their full potential. then please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
Here is what one person had to say about being part of the team.
“Zone6 Concept offers a lot of varied triathlon training sessions. The sessions are based around best practice gained from years of dependable results from European and World coached athletes. There is a focus on interval training, training in ‘zones’ or RPE (Perceived effort zones), focusing on biomechanics as well as a service to offer coached programmes incorporating everything from strength and conditioning to a full programme to ensure you reach your A race in peak condition”.
Zone6 Concept also offers Sports Performance Therapy (Manual therapy) services to keep the injuries at bay, so there is no need to wait for a GP appointment.
